• Information needed to compare plans, such as your date of birth, current coverage, Medicare effective dates, prescriptions, pharmacies, doctors and hospitals.

How we use your information

• To answer your questions, schedule appointments and seminars, and send reminders.
• To compare plans from the insurance companies we represent and help you enroll, only when you ask us to.
• To meet requirements from Medicare (CMS), state insurance departments and the insurance companies we work with.
• To send you information about Medicare and our services, if you've given us permission. You can opt out at any time.
• To improve our website and services.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your appointments, seminars and Medicare options. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only when needed to help you:

• With the insurance companies you choose to apply with, and with our field marketing organization, to process applications and service your policy.
• With service providers that help us run our business (for example, our scheduling, phone and customer management software), who may use it only to provide those services to us.
• When required by law, regulation or a government request, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Health information

Information about your prescriptions, doctors and health is used only to find coverage that fits you and to complete applications you request. We treat it as confidential and protect it accordingly.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your choices
